Job Title:  Lead Mechanical Technician

Location:  Brooklyn Park, MN

Comp:  $25-30/hour

The Lead Mechanical Technician is responsible for managing internal and outsourced PVC and small skid fabrication schedule and materials. This position assembles PVC and small skid.

• Scheduling and material management for internal and external PVC fabrication
• Assemble PVC and small skids
• Oversee all daily in-house fabrication activities
• Maintain the PVC fabrication schedule for Capital projects and Aftermarket
• Proficient in shipping and receiving processes for the municipal and industrial teams.
• Provide a leadership to other team members for all in-house fabrication related activities
• Documents systematic concerns in the QMS/NC system for visibility to Management.
• Supports a safe workplace by following established safety guidelines.
• Proficient backup for other Production activities

• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and motivate other team members
• Demonstrated high level of ability to develop plans and accomplish goals
• Demonstrated high level of ability to successfully complete complicated tasks
• 3+ years of experience with field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Forklift Certified
