The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team by coordinating various aspects of product development, launch, and lifecycle management; including supporting the various product projects the team undertakes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to market. This role will primarily be focused on organizing and coordinating activities related to product development and management.

 

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Compensation:  $28-31/hr

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri; Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities

  • Zoho Desk Support: Assist in monitoring and answering/quoting of zoho desk requests on a daily basis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service reps, salessuccess teams, purchasing, field sales and others to provide field support.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update product documentation, including technical bulletins, product development forms/tools, product catalog, cost updates, and other as directed by Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in chemistry, engineering, other technical degree, Business, or Marketing acceptable.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical or equipment sales, product management role or chemical field sales or environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Position requires on-site office presence a minimum of 3-days per week and as needed.
