The Contract Process Specialist works closely with the field sales team to manage fixed billing customer contracts.  They are responsible for facilitating new agreements, coordinating contract billing, financial analysis, and ongoing maintenance of contracts. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Experience, this role collaborates with Sales, Accounting, and other internal teams to ensure accurate contract execution.

 

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Compensation: $50,000-$65,000/year

Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify contract documents for correctness, completeness, and compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Enter and maintain contract data in live systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Sales to communicate pricing, billing, and renewal details, including profitability analysis and adjustments.
  • Manage customer files, generate reports, and track contract renewals, price changes, and compliance issues.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and perform additional tasks as needed to meet departmental goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience with contract management systems preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant commercial financial support experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ERP business systems, including experience extracting and analyzing financial data
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience is a plus 
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new systems and technologies
