Managing projects, Document Control and commission water treatment facilities that Kurita Microelectronics team provides before handover to customers. Engaging inspection test and factory acceptance test of off-site manufacturing of skid and modular fabricated at Kurita shop before shipping to customer site. (In addition, duties include referring technical issues to the manager and assisting with resolution.  Travel to support new business and support current customers’ water treatment.

 

Title: Documentation Control/Assistant Site Manager 

Location: Boise, ID

Salary: $78000 - $82000

Travel: 10%

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onsite work, ensure safety compliance, and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Perform commissioning tasks, equipment operation, maintenance, documentation, and proper handling of defective parts.
  • Review SOPs, blueprints, and technical documents to prepare for startup, service, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Support site management functions, collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams, and interface professionally with customers.
  • Complete required reports, follow company policies, pursue continuous improvement, and provide updates or escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Take on special projects, uphold ethical standards, develop expertise in UPW/commissioning, and provide shift coverage when needed.
  • Performance of other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Document Accuracy, Document Control, Analysis, Attention to Detail, Attendance & Punctuality, Clerical, Communication in English (read, speak, write), Confidentiality, Customer Service, Dependability/Reliability, Delegation, Diplomacy, Facilities
  • Management, Listening & Understanding, Document Control, Math Skills, Multi-Tasking, Personal Computer Usage, Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Team Participation, Time management, Technical Communication.
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred or three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
